- What is a cartomizer?
A cartomizer is the actual device used to hold and heat thick oils and liquids. The word cartomizer is derived from two words “cartridge and atomizer equals Cartomizer.
- Is my cartomizer refillable?
Most cartomizers are throwaways. They are not meant to last forever. However they might last for a couple of fills, but if the atomizer burns out it will be nearly imposible to get your product out of the cartomizer. What a waste!
- What is my Cartomizer made of?
Cartomizers can be made of Glass or different types of plastic.
They can have Quartz, Ceramic or cotton wicks wrapped with a certain gauge wire that works like as a heating element.
- What is the best Cartomizer?
That is a good question. As the industry grows so do the health concerns. Glass is a good choice due to the fact that there will be no chance of leaching.
- Can I put my own logo on the cartomizers I buy from The Cartomizer Guy?
Of course you can and we are very happy to help you with your new brand. This will have a little longer delivery time due to the fact that we will be manufacturing this specifically for you.
- Are there different batteries I can use with my Cartomizer?
Yes! It’s very important to have the correct battery to fit the resistance of the different cartomizers. The newer more powerful cartomizers will require a bit more power to perform. However, you do not want to use any battery that has an output of more than 4 volts there are two reasons for this. First of all to many volts can burn your oil and give it a bad taste and secondly you are taking a big risk of blowing the coils in your atomizer, which means it will no longer work.
- What is the best battery for my Cartomizer?
We suggest the 280 Stylus, 350 Variable and the Palm 650
- When Should I charge my battery?
Your battery will come with a 70 – 100% full charge. Do not charge your battery until it is actually out of power. This will extend the life of your battery.
- How long will my battery last between charges?
Batteries are different sizes, for example AA / AAA. The size of the battery is measured in mAH. 280 mAH, 350 mAH this is the size of the battery, not the power output. So to answer the question, the higher the mAh the longer the battery will last between charges.
- Does The Cartomizer Guy guarantee the cartomizers for sale?
We will guarantee the quality, but it is impossible for use to know if the filler is filling properly. If there are any factory defects we will absolutely replace them for you. You’re the most important part of our business and we always strive to keep you happy.
- What is the minimum for custom branding the cartomizers?
We try to have the lowest MOQ’S in the market. With 2500 units there may be a very small charge per unit for printing, but there will be no charge for custom branding on quantities of 5000 and over.
- What is the minimum for custom branding the Batteries?
The minimum is 1000 units for branding the batteries, but the first price break will come into play at 2500 units.
- How can I custom brand these products through you?
We will have set starter MOQ’s. You will be able to customizer the artwork, the package, the instructions manual accessories. We will help from start to finish.
- How long does my custom order take to receive?
On First orders we usually add about one week to make sure our manufacturers get the exact specifications done correctly. After that it will take from 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the order.
- Do you offer blister packing or other packaging on custom orders?
Yes, we our love projects. Blister packing is most commonly used, however we do work with custom packaging. We can sit and talk about your individual needs.
- Can I use any thickness of liquid in all of the cartomizers?
There are definitely different cartomizers for different thicknesses of oils. Not all oils are created equal as well as not all cartomizers are created equal. We can help suggest the correct cartomizer for your product.
- How much time can I take before capping my newly loaded cartomizer?
Capping is perhaps one of the most important factors of having a successful fill. Taking too long to cap has caused more than a few headaches in this industry. Long times between filling your cartomizer and capping it plays a big part in oil leakage. You should be capping in less than 2 minutes from the time you are done filling. So that means if you have a template with 100 carts that are filled at the same time you need to figure out how much time it will take until you get to the 100th cartomizer, it most likely will be longer than 2 minutes.
